FREELANCE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT This Freelance Software Development Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [EFFECTIVE DATE], by and between: Developer: [DEVELOPER NAME] ("Developer"), residing at [DEVELOPER ADDRESS].
